the only thing is that the Nutcracker was missing the belt buckle.the glue was visible where it fell the buckle. He decided not to return. This was a wonderfully detailed Nutcracker with remarkable colors and sparkles. exactly what I had imagined and wanted! However as it was a delicate element (an OWL intricately connected to the Nutcracker), I would have expected better protective shipping materials. My OWL was broken from his perch on arrival. This was easily solved with a hot glue gun and definitely not worth sending back this small problem. because of the nice product, I would order again

This Nutcracker is beautiful. However, I had to ' fix it ' before wrapping it to put under the tree. 1/2 of the mustache had fallen off and luckily it was in the box. I had to glue it back on. the box that the Nutcracker came (no p.o. box, but the box that will be packed away for years to come) had completely collapse at the seams, so I had to also glue that. is a beautiful Nutcracker and my son will like it, but for what we paid for it, I think it should
